Fred from Saturday Looks Good To Me, City Center, The Hive Dwellers (Calvin Johnson's new band!). Solo album. Pretty different from some of his other stuff. I like it though. Reminds me a lot of Karl Blau, which is why I'm posting them together.

Found this one at Kim's on 1st Ave. I was really surprised to see it, so I had to buy it. $7. Not too bad. Um, anyway.. it's very ambient and wonderful. I have Nature's Got Away too, which I like better, but AM is also amazing. Good if you're into Microphones, Mt. Eerie, maybe Fred Thomas?
Just found you on Anorak. Really glad to see this Fred Thomas record! I got it right when it came out but never got into it until the last 6 months since listening to a lot of his City Center stuff (citycenternyc.blogspot.com). On a random note, live in Portland, am in Oly at this moment.
